Timely admission and timely medical help are of key importance in saving the lives of the children. Hence, the GVR has introduced a state-of-the-art ambulance worth Rs 35 lakh for the benefit of the Kurnool residents.
The ambulance has advanced life support system and basis life support system.
The ambulance has special equipment and facilities needed for patients with accident trauma, critical ailment and respire-tracheal issues. There are facilities to perform emergency surgeries in the ambulance.
Last year alone, the GVR Ambulance has provided emergency healthcare to 186 children.
